Decompression Therapy
Decompression therapy is a treatment that slowly and gently stretches the spine while decompressing the discs in between the bones of the spine. Dr. Aranibar uses a special table known as a flexion distraction table to decompress the discs of the low back.
Decompression Therapy for the Low Back Helps:
- Herniated discs
- Degenerative discs in the low back
- Sciatica (leg pain or numbness / tingling)
- Spinal stenosis
- Facet syndrome
Decompression therapy for the neck is done by using a Y-Strap. A Y-strap is a specially designed strap that works by stretching the spine pulling the head in the Y-axis of the body. This pulling force generates a decompression in the discs between the bones of the neck. This decompressive force enables nutrients to flow into the discs.
Decompression Therapy for the Neck Helps:
- Arm pain or tingling / numbness
- Degenerative discs in the neck
- Headaches
- Facet syndrome
